Synopsis
Maeve is nine months pregnant and ready to pop. Her husband Sterling? He’s off on a three-hour detour just to buy sanitary pads for his so-called “best friend” Lila. They grab Mexican food together, while Maeve gets locked alone in a basement garage with zero cell service.
Her labor kicks in. She’s stuck, terrified, fighting for her and her baby’s life.
Just when all hope seems lost, Vaughn shows up — the billionaire ex-fiancé she left at the altar three years ago. He rolls in with a top-tier medical team and saves Maeve’s life.
That’s when Maeve finally sees Sterling’s true, ugly colors.
With Vaughn backing her up, she confronts the cheating pair at a fancy society party. She exposes everything in front of all the elites. Sterling and Lila turn on each other right there, destroying their reputations completely.
In the end, Maeve and Vaughn build a happy life together.
