Synopsis
The day after my bone cancer diagnosis, my brothers dragged me onto a roller coaster. I died on it. As a ghost, I watched them give Kathy—their adopted sister—my necklace, my birthday, my name. Then the truth came out: she sabotaged the rides, killed our parents, and poisoned us all for years. Now my brothers have the same diagnosis. Same pain. Same slow death. And every night, they beg for one thing—to hear me call them "brother" one last time.
