Synopsis
My wife is a flight attendant.
Once, I took her flight by surprise, only to hear sickening noises coming from inside the lavatory.
As I stood there frozen in shock, she walked out alongside another man.
That was the moment I uncovered the dark secret behind this airline.
My wife, Chloe, is a flight attendant.
She is gorgeous, five-foot-eight, with a body that turns heads wherever she goes.
We've known each other for five years and have been married for three.
Yet, the days we actually spent together under the same roof could be counted on one hand.
Chloe always said she loved the freedom of being up in the clouds.
So after the wedding, I gave her all the space she wanted. We only lived like a real married couple on her two days off each week.
Recently, my company sent me abroad for an impromptu business trip, and it just so happened to be on Chloe's flight.
The company booked economy to cut costs, but I secretly upgraded myself to first class.
From the moment I passed security, I pulled my baseball cap low and put on a mask, completely undercover, planning to give Chloe a romantic surprise.
The moment I stepped on board, I spotted her.
Even among a cabin crew of beautiful women, she was still the brightest star in the room.
Following her guidance, I took my seat.
Strangely enough, first class wasn't crowded. Including me, there were only four men.
And in front of every single one of them sat a tall glass of iced Americano.
"Sir, what can I get you to drink?"
"An iced Americano, please."
I deliberately lowered my voice.
For some reason, I could feel Chloe instantly light up.
"Right away, sir. Coming right up."
There were three flight attendants serving first class. Aside from Chloe, the other two were equally stunning.
I had just slipped into my cabin slippers when a slender figure suddenly stumbled toward me.
Instinctively, I reached out to catch her.
A soft body fell directly into my arms.
It was one of Chloe's colleagues.
I quickly helped her back up.
"Are you okay?"
"Thank you, sir. That was completely my fault. Is there anything else you need?"
"No, I'm good. Thanks."
My attention was entirely on Chloe.
She swayed her hips gracefully as she brought over an iced Americano.
Yet her eyes burned with barely suppressed anger.
Did I blow my cover?
Then I realized her glare wasn't aimed at me. It was aimed at the attendant who had just tripped.
"Mia, watch your step," Chloe snapped in an icy whisper. "If you upset our guests again, I'll demote you back to economy."
"I'm sorry, purser! It was my mistake, please don't!"
Chloe had that kind of power?
I was stunned. I never even knew she had made lead purser.
"Then you'd better beg this gentleman for his forgiveness."
Chloe shifted her gaze to me, handing the iced Americano over to Mia.
Blushing deeply, Mia crouched down beside my seat, avoiding my eyes as she held out the coffee with trembling hands.
"Sir... will you please forgive me?"
"It's no big deal. Of course I forgive you."
I took the drink and took a long sip. Terrified of exposing my identity, I closed my eyes and pretended to rest.
Mia let out a breath of relief and scurried behind Chloe.
Only when the plane reached cruising altitude did I realize what that iced Americano actually meant!"Our flight time today is ten hours. We are scheduled to land at eight tonight."
The moment Chloe's PA announcement ended, two men sitting on the left side of the cabin unbuckled and stood up.
Another attendant immediately approached them with a practiced smile.
"Gentlemen, right this way to the lavatory."
About thirty minutes later, the man seated in front of me also got up.
This time, Chloe was the one who escorted him.
"Right this way, sir."
A strange feeling crept over me.
Usually, people only stand up on a flight to use the restroom.
Most planes only have two lavatories up front. Did this aircraft have three?
Another fifteen minutes ticked by.
Not a single passenger returned.
My confusion deepened.
Did everyone simultaneously get food poisoning?
Right then, Mia walked over and crouched beside my seat.
"Sir, please follow me to the lavatory."
"Huh? I don't really need to go right now."
I paused, curiosity getting the better of me. "Just how many restrooms are there on this plane?"
Mia's cheeks flushed red. "Six in total. Four in first class, two in the back."
That many?
I was taken aback. Maybe this customized international charter had a special layout.
Half an hour later, the two men on the left finally returned.
Their faces wore expressions of utter satisfaction.
I scoffed internally. Some wealthy creeps really had zero boundaries.
Just then, my bladder signaled me.
The second I stood up, Mia appeared instantly.
"Sir, right this way."
First-class service really goes all out, I thought with an amused shake of my head, following her down the aisle.
Just as I reached for the door handle, a muffled noise leaked out through the panel.
Panting. Desperate moans.
My hand froze in midair.
Who the hell does that on a plane?
Frowning in disgust, I stepped over to the nearby sink to wash my hands.
A second later, the lavatory door clicked open. The man who had been sitting in front of me walked out, casually pulling up his trousers.
"Incredible service," he smirked. "I'll be asking for you next time."
"My pleasure, sir."
At the sound of that voice, my head snapped around in total disbelief.
Chloe stepped out right behind him.
Sweat glistened on her forehead, and her makeup was smudged.
Her uniform blouse was crumpled.
Her black tights were completely gone. Yet she didn't seem flustered in the slightest.
Instead, she snapped harshly at Mia standing behind me.
"What are you standing around for? Are you going to keep our guest waiting?"
Mia flinched, grabbed my arm, and dragged me straight into the private lavatory.
"Sir, I... I'm still new at this. Could you take the lead?"
My mind was spinning out of control. I didn't register a single word she said.
"Sir, let me help you with your belt..."
Her hands reached for my waist.
I snapped out of my daze and shoved her away hard.
"Is this your service?"
Mia turned pale as paper, dropping straight to her knees.
"I'm sorry, sir! I..."
"I'm not blaming you," I cut her off, my voice trembling with rage. "Tell me right now—what kind of service is this?"
Mia glanced up cautiously.
"Sir, didn't you order the iced Americano?"
"What does that mean?"
"An iced Americano means full, unconditional personal service from a flight attendant for the entire duration of the flight."
A deafening buzz roared in my ears. The very last shred of hope in my chest shattered into pieces.
My chest heaved.
I turned to grab the door handle to leave.
Mia threw her arms around my legs, desperate.
"Sir, please! If you walk out like this, the purser will think I failed to satisfy you. She'll demote me! Please help me, just let me serve you once!"
I looked down at her, cold as ice.
"You realize this is illegal, right?"
Before Mia could answer, a sharp knock rattled the door.
Then came Chloe's sweet, professional voice from the outside.
"Sir, Mia is inexperienced. If you need assistance, I can come in and guide her. Would you mind opening the door?"
